Orders

- Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
- FastBookPrint reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing illegal, offensive, defamatory, prohibited, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location and selected services.
Payments

Production begins only after successful payment confirmation.

- You are the rightful owner of the content, or
- You have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations required to reproduce, print, and distribute the content.
FastBookPrint does not verify the ownership, copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights associated with customer-uploaded content.
The customer accepts full legal responsibility for all uploaded content and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastBookPrint, its employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, legal proceedings, costs, or expenses arising from alleged copyright infringement, trademark infringement, intellectual property disputes, or any other legal claims related to the uploaded content.
FastBookPrint reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any order if the uploaded content appears to violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or the rights of any third party.
Production Time
Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, file approval, holidays, courier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
FastBookPrint’s total liability shall not exceed the total value of the order placed.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
