Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once printing, binding, finishing, or packaging has started, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
- Incorrect payment was charged.
- FastBookPrint is unable to process the order.
- Products arrive damaged due to manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect products are delivered.
Refunds Are Not Available For
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Customer-approved files containing errors.
- Spelling, formatting, design, or artwork mistakes submitted by the customer.
- Minor color variations within standard commercial printing tolerances.
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- Delivery delays caused by courier or logistics companies.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
