Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once printing, binding, or packaging has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved if:
- Payment was charged incorrectly.
- Order cannot be processed by Fast Book Print.
- Product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects.
- Wrong product was delivered.
Refund Not Applicable
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Customer-approved artwork or files containing errors.
- Spelling, formatting, or design mistakes submitted by the customer.
- Color variations within standard printing tolerances.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by courier companies.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
